Membership Policy

By purchasing an ELG+ Membership, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
  • You understand that Membership fees are non-refundable
  • Loyalty Memberships are subject to a 12-month minimum commitment
  • Participation in promotional draws is subject to compliance with all rules

This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and ELG Plus Ltd. (Malta).

Membership Types

Loyalty (Monthly Subscription) Memberships

Loyalty Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis and are subject to a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

The Membership fee is EUR 5 per week, calculated on a weekly basis and aggregated for billing monthly in advance. The exact monthly amount payable is clearly displayed prior to purchase.

  • All Membership fees are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of early termination.

By subscribing to a Loyalty Membership, you agree to remain subscribed and make all required monthly payments during the initial twelve (12) month commitment period.

Cancellation and Termination by Member

Cancellation After Minimum Term

After completion of the initial twelve (12) month commitment period, you may cancel your Loyalty Membership at any time via the account portal or by contacting support@elgplusmalta.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • No future payments will be charged
  • Your Membership will remain active until the end of the last paid billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for fees already paid

Early Cancellation

Cancellation during the initial commitment period is not permitted except where required by applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify ELG+ immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. ELG+ is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any activity conducted through your account, including your failure to maintain its access details confidential.

Termination of Account

ELG+ may cancel or terminate your account and delete all your information at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of our terms and conditions.

In this case, ELG+ will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of your account from the Service.
