Effective Date: 16/03/2026 Last updated: 16/03/2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the terms under which ELG Plus Ltd., a company registered in Malta ("ELG+", "we", "us", or "our") provides you with the ELG+ Malta website (elgplusmalta.com); the ELG+ Members Platform; and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), and govern your use of the Service. By using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, including any modifications which ELG+ may make from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. By using the Service in any way, you confirm that you will not violate any applicable law and that you will respect the intellectual property rights of others, including ours. These Terms do not regulate discounts, services, or products from third parties which may be featured on our website. We make no warranties in their regard and they are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Account means the personal user account created by a member to access the Service.
• Active Member means a Member whose Membership fees are fully paid and whose Account is not suspended or terminated.
• Draw / Promotional Draw means any prize draw or lottery operated by ELG+ subject to licensing or regulatory approval by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
• Member means an individual who has purchased an ELG+ Membership and holds an active Account.
• Membership means the contractual subscription granting access to the Service.
• MGA means the Malta Gaming Authority.
• Service means the ELG+ platform, website, Membership benefits, and related offerings.
• Site means elgplusmalta.com and any associated subdomains.

Eligibility

Membership is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Service

ELG+ is a membership-based rewards platform providing Members with:

• Access to a secure Member dashboard
• Eligibility to participate in weekly and annual promotional reward draws
• Access to partner offers, experiences, and discounts, depending on the selected Membership package

ELG+ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. ELG+ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or restrict your access to the Service in whole or in part at any time without notice or liability. The Service is governed by the Laws of Malta.

Member Dashboard

Members are provided with an online dashboard where they can view their account details, manage payments, view discounts currently available to them, and participate in promotional reward draws.

Promotional Reward Draws

• Participation in draws is limited to Active Members in good standing
• ELG+ employees, directors, managers, shareholders, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in draws.

Any attempt to manipulate or influence a draw will result in immediate disqualification and termination. Promotional draws will be operated only after the appropriate licence or regulatory approval has been granted by the Malta Gaming Authority. Participation is subject to applicable laws, licence conditions, and approved draw rules. Membership does not guarantee winning, and prizes are awarded strictly in accordance with the approved draw procedures. ELG+ cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from electronic or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, software, or internet provider in relation to the draws, entry to, and participation in the same.

Public Announcement of Winners

By participating in any draw, you expressly consent to ELG+ publicly announcing your first name and surname as a winner via the Site, social media, or promotional materials. ELG+ will never disclose identification numbers, addresses, or contact details. Consent may be withdrawn prior to the draw by contacting support.

Call Recording and Marketing

ELG+ may contact Members by telephone. Calls will be recorded only after clear notice and express verbal consent. Where consent is provided, recordings or excerpts may be used for advertising and promotional purposes. Consent may be refused or withdrawn at any time. We will never contact you to ask you for any confidential information, including your login details to your Member dashboard. Please be mindful of phishing / fraudulent callers.

Limitation of Liability and Shareholder Protection

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ELG+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damages
• ELG+’s total liability shall in any case not exceed the Membership fees paid by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• No director, officer, employee, or shareholder of ELG+ shall be personally liable for any claim arising from the Service

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELG+, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the Service
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Termination by ELG+

ELG+ may suspend or terminate Accounts at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or fraudulent behaviour.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malta. Maltese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
